CONTROL has developed voltage regulator especially for
electromagnetic driven Vibratory
Bowel / Linear feeder.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
The regulator operates on the principle of controlled firing
of output devices viz. thyristers. In Conventional
method to control the vibration of feeder Dimmerstat is used
thereby sudden jerk on feeder drive. So that
there is a chance of mechanical damages.
Sai Control regulator
soft start features will smoothly increase the output
voltage applied to the feeder from
0% to 100% of supply voltage. Hence there is no jerk and
mechanical damages to the feeder, so vibrator
feeder start in very smooth and jerk less manner.

In normal condition incoming
