REGULATOR FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC VIBRATORY
BOWEL / LINER FEEDER

SAI CONTROL has developed voltage regulator especially for electromagnetic driven Vibratory
Bowel / Linear feeder.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The regulator operates on the principle of controlled firing of output devices viz. thyristers. In Conventional
method to control the vibration of feeder Dimmerstat is used thereby sudden jerk on feeder drive. So that
there is a chance of mechanical damages.

Sai Control regulator soft start features will smoothly increase the output voltage applied to the feeder from
0% to 100% of supply voltage. Hence there is no jerk and mechanical damages to the feeder, so vibrator
feeder start in very smooth and jerk less manner.

In normal condition incoming supply voltage varies by + 20% due to this variation the variation incenses or
decreases, because vibration is directly proportional to applied voltage, hence forth to tackle this problem
faced by every industries Sai Control developed the regulator to keep the output ser voltage constant inspite
of variation in input supply by + 20%

 
In this special feature the controller is closed loop the controller monitors itself and maintain the output set voltage applied to the vibratory feeder. The incoming input supply may very but the voltage delivered to the
feeder will remain constant and within the limit of + 2 volt of the voltage set by you.

SETTINGS :

• Output voltage setting by main potentiometer as per your requirement form 0 to 200 volts.

Minimum limit setting preset allows the users to set the lowest starting voltage instead of zero volt starting.

Maximum limit setting preset on the control PCB allows the user to set the higher output available on the
  main control potentiometer. By using this setting you can limit the maximum voltage level too. This prevents
  an operator or unskilled person form turning the control too high and causing destructive coil hammering.

Track control : This is an optional feature that can be used to monitor the high and low level of feeding track
  or blockages in the track by using proper sensor, After signal from sensor the feeder will be turned OFF, after
  set time and when blockage or level is cleared the feeder will turned ON offer time delay. The time delay can
  be fixed or adjustable.
